About Us

Established in 1998, Carfax Commercial Constructions Pty Ltd is a construction company headquartered in Sydney, Australia, serving both the Sydney metropolitan area and regional NSW, in addition to a Queensland office based on the Sunshine Coast, serving all areas of South East Queensland.

Carfax is a member of the Master Builders Association of NSW & QLD, and has grown substantially over the years due to its reputation within the construction industry, through word of mouth and repeat clientele. Our repeat clientele currently makes up 89% of our business.

With a stable management team who have a combined experience of well over 100 years in commercial construction, and Directors who are involved across all project stages from tender to completion, Carfax is well placed to undertake a diverse range of projects and has a solid track record working in school environments, tertiary education facilities, industrial and civil projects, public domain and heritage buildings. We specialise in upgrades required for fully operating sites such as educational facilities, Fire Stations, Aust Post facilities and film and theatre studios, and are able to successfully bring projects to completion without adversely impacting those unique working environments.

Carfax can comfortably handle commercial projects ranging from the smallest internal refurbishments right through to larger contracts such as:

We are committed to maintaining excellence in Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management and have developed both a comprehensive safety plan to manage the ongoing delivery of a safe working environment and a comprehensive Site Specific Environment Plan.

Carfax has a fully certified Quality Management System accredited by the NSW Government Departments which incorporates the following Australian Standards in Safety and Environmental Systems:

Jerome has extensive practical experience in the project management, contract administration, estimation and supervision of a wide range of significant commercial, industrial and residential construction projects ranging in value from $700,000 up to $15 million.

He has an excellent reputation with his clients for providing a high quality product within their budget and delivered on or within the required program.

Jerome is backed by an experienced management team and an extensive network of sub-contractors.

STEVE CONNERS, CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Steve has extensive experience in the construction industry dating back to
1985. Having recently joined Carfax, Steve brings a wealth of technical experience
to the projects we deliver.

Steve is well respected by clients, staff and subcontractors, as he delivers his projects in an extremely calm, ethical and professional manner.
