A new park facility for public use. The space includes a new environmental building complete with BBQ’s and picnic tables accommodating 30 people, new amenities block, amphitheatre seating and stage area, new footbridge over Caddies Creek linking Rouse Hill Drive via new footpaths and cycle ways to the proposed Cabbillo St.

The space was completed with new landscaping and turf areas.
