Our ProjectsNSW Department of Services, Technology and AdministrationDADHC Wyong Group housing development for the Department of the Aging, Disability & Home Care incorporating 5 units for independent living, staff quarters and common area. Construction was brick veneer on concrete slab inclusive of rainwater storage for garden use, solar hot water, new fencing and landscaped grounds. Internal finishes include impact resistant wall linings, disabled access bathrooms and laundries, and increased security requirements. The project was completed 2 weeks ahead of the contract allowance inclusive of additional works as required by the client’s very specific needs for the property.
