Community housing development for Housing NSW with total value of $4M.  The development comprised of 3 separate 2 storey buildings on the site incorporating 6 x 2 Bedroom units and 12 x 1 Bedroom units.  The development incorporates 4 units constructed as adaptable housing with provisions for disabled clientele to be made should there be a future requirement.

Project completion included hard and soft landscaping within the site and the street frontage. Total site area 2560m2
