Student Accommodation Refurbishments 2006

This project covered the renovation, modernisation and BCA upgrade of six existing lodges that catered for 40 clients each.

The scope included fire sprinklers, electrical and hydraulic upgrades, demolition of walls to create open plan recreation rooms, dormitory bathroom renovations, new cladding, heating and painting.

The project was successfully delivered in June 2006.
