Australian Golf Club Northern Driving Facility

New driving range facility including demolition of an existing building, excavation, screw piles, concrete slabs and steel framed structures for the building envelope.

The two new buildings consisted of unique high end finishes such as an Aramax roof sheets which were milled on site, Equitone façade panels from Germany using a concealed fixing system, tiles from Italy, carpet from Sweden and Australian Blackbutt timber.

The project was carried out in a live environment on an extremely busy Golf course, which remained fully operational.
