Blackfriars Precinct Remedial Works

Various remedial works were undertaken to ensure the integrity of the building envelopes of 3 significant heritage buildings in The Blackfriars Precinct.  This project was carried out in an operating University environment and Carfax has co-operated with all stakeholders to minimise disruptions to the buildings’ occupants.

Works included external façade repairs, which includes significant stone repairs, re-pointing, re-roofing and roof repairs, architectural lead work, timber repairs and replacements, repairs to face brickwork, repainting of metalwork, rectification and repainting of timber windows and miscellaneous associated works.
