Complete internal strip-out and full refurbishment of the existing car dealership building incorporating 3 x showrooms (Kia, Suburu and Chery).

The scope of works included partial demolition, concrete and structural steel works, installation of carpet and tile flooring, new joinery, electrical and mechanical services, and general painting. In addition, the roof was fully replaced and new external cladding was installed.
