Construction of a new dual court Sports Stadium with FIBA certified sprung timber flooring; Reception/Multi-use facility that houses multiple multi-purpose rooms, a youth hub, offices, home, away and accessible changes, a new reception area and a compliant commercial kitchen/kiosk; multiple storage facilities.

Fit-out of the former sports hall to accommodate a new gymnastics hall including the construction of a below ground foam pit and trampoline pit within the existing hall; refurbishment of all existing amenities to bring them in line with the new amenities and current standards. Extensive upgrade and replacement of the existing carpark to accommodate new services infrastructure, additional parking bays, a revised entry/path of travel within the carpark and the construction of a new spill-over carpark at the rear of the site.

Provision of new state of the art electrical, communications, fire, security, mechanical, civil and hydraulic services to the new builds, upgrade of existing services to all existing areas. DDA measures such as three accessible WC’s, a new lift, various ambulant toilet cubicles and internal/external paths of travel were incorporated into the project.
