External and internal refurbishment to a Heritage Cottage owned by National Parks, to be used for holiday letting. Works included:

upgrade of electrical and hydraulic services, and installation of new mechanical services
removal of asbestos linings,
new kitchen and bathrooms,
restoration and replacement of external timber work to match original,replace termite damaged flooring with new hardwood flooring to match original heritage timber species and sizing,
restoration of heritage door and window hardware,
new ceiling linings to match original,
repairs to original lathe and plaster internal walls
sanding and sealing of heritage tongue and groove flooring
new Tallowood decking to front and rear house verandahs,
exposed aggregate driveways and the restoration of the hardwood picket fencing and gates
external landscaping
