Shore School: Middle Block Educational Services Staff Offices & General Learning Area

Construction of multiple integrated learning environments and staff offices with the existing First Floor of the North Wing and Middle Block buildings.

The works included upgraded electrical and fire services, a new floor plan layout, glazed partitions, acoustic operable wall, carpet and vinyl floorcoverings along with new workstations and joinery.

A key element of the project was the construction of a DDA compliant access.

s ramp which enables wheelchair access between the two buildings.

The works were completed entirely within the school term and in close proximity to neighbouring classrooms and exams in session; we were able to successfully implement measures such as acoustic hoardings, restricted work hours/non-noisy work periods and delivery schedules which ensured the project was completed with minimal disruption to the school’s operations.
