This project incorporated the internal and external refurbishment of Steele Point Cottage, including the following:
- Upgrade of electrical and hydraulic services,
- Removal and disposal of asbestos contaminated linings,
- Installation of a new kitchen and bathroom including new appliances & sanitary items,
- New floor finishes throughout,
- Restoration of existing heritage items including interior and exterior cladding,
- Window and door hardware,
- Original timber flooring,
- Horse-hair plaster ceilings and walls,
- Repair and replacement of termite damaged cladding and structure,
- Complete internal and external re-paint; along with
- Extensive landscaping works
