Steele Point Cottage

This project incorporated the internal and external refurbishment of Steele Point Cottage, including the following:

• Upgrade of electrical and hydraulic services,
• Removal and disposal of asbestos contaminated linings,
• Installation of a new kitchen and bathroom including new appliances & sanitary items,
• New floor finishes throughout,
• Restoration of existing heritage items including interior and exterior cladding,
• Window and door hardware,
• Original timber flooring,
• Horse-hair plaster ceilings and walls,
• Repair and replacement of termite damaged cladding and structure,
• Complete internal and external re-paint; along with
• Extensive landscaping works
