Xavier Catholic College Student Amenities

The student amenities refurbishment at Xavier Catholic College incorporated the demolition and construction of four amenities buildings across the school campus.

The construction of this project was separated into two stages as two amenity blocks were refurbished in each stage to ensure minimal disruption.

The construction of each building involved concrete substructure, structural steel and timber framing and fitted out with windows, tiling and custom toilet partitioning.

Each amenities block was constructed in a live school environment without any incidents reported.
