SOPA Head Office Fitout

This project was carried out with the intention of creating an open office plan with a limited amount of offices.  The design set out to suit the needs of the occupiers rather than their status, position or grade.  From this, the large 2000m2 floor space allowed for the provision of 130 open plan desk spaces.

The fitout included the construction of new open kitchen/breakout areas, waiting and reception areas.  A boardroom and meeting area was also constructed, fully equipped with audio visual equipment.

The refurbishment of the two levels in a fully occupied building meant that certain challenges had to be overcome.  Both Carfax and the client worked together to overcome noise and access restrictions, and the project was delivered one week ahead of programme
