Cooroy Butter Factory Ceiling Replacement

The Cooroy Butter Factory is a heritage listed building that is currently being utilised as an art gallery.

Carfax Commercial Constructions were engaged to replace the existing fibre centre sheeting and repaint the existing steel trusses.

The height of the sheets requiring replacement were to a height of 7.5m from ground level.

A full “birdcage” scaffold was installed throughout the building to enable safe access for the works to be completed.
