The construction of a 9 townhouse development within the boundaries of 31-41 Queen Street, Beaconsfield.
The scope included the demolition of an existing warehouse to make way for new, architecturally designed townhouses consisting of a secure underground carpark, spacious indoor living areas, private landscaped courtyards, off street parking and all associated services connections.
