Parramatta PCYC

Conversion of derelict 5 storey commercial building, to new state of the art gymnasium, including internal offices, meeting rooms, boxing arena and dance studio.

All new services were required to be installed fit for purpose. Works also included new kitchen, office and wall partitions, floor finishes and painting. The works included external painting and signage.

All works were completed within five (5) weeks to ensure PCYC were able to utilise the new centre for the community.
