Shore School Smith Auditorium Refurbishment

The Smith Auditorium works consisted of the refurbishment of a 500 seat theatre to provide students and staff with  a multiuse performance space for drama, musicals and hosting of events. The upgrade of the auditorium works included the following
• upgrade of Auditorium acoustics with wall mounted acoustic panels
• removal and refurbishments of 500 theatre seats
• upgrade of the theatre control room and audio visual
• installation of new theatre drapes
• new multiuse stage floor for drama and music
• upgrade of lighting and lighting controls
• repainting of entire auditorium and catwalk areas via a bird cage scaffold
• upgrade of the fire systems for use during performances
• new carpet and handrails
• refurbishment of the entry foyer for hosting of events including, new servery benchtops and kitchen area, upgrade of audio visual
• installation of glass sliding entry doors
