The Elan Apartments, Rushcutters Bay

This project involved the conversion of an old aviary to a poolside cabana area, including raised decking, bench seating and tiling to planter box, and landscaping works.

At the same time, a portion of the Fire Control room was used to extend the existing Building Manager’s Office.   The works included raised floors, new fire-rated structure and fitting out joinery and furniture.

This high quality construction project was befitting of this exclusive Apartment block in Rushcutter’s Bay
