This project incorporated the Façade restoration to a heritage building (Circa 1880) comprising;
- lead paint removal from masonry,
- timber and metal components;
- replacement of disintegrated structural timbers and floor boards from the verandah;
- repairs and replacement of cast iron lace balustrade, frieze and brackets;
- replacement of verandah roofing and lead flashings;
- timber window repairs;
- replacement of sandstone coping and paving;
- decomposed granite paving;
- minor services;
- landscaping and painting of all external elements.
