CME Building

This project incorporated the Façade restoration to a heritage building (Circa 1880) comprising;

  • lead paint removal from masonry,
  • timber and metal components;
  • replacement of disintegrated structural timbers and floor boards from the verandah;
  • repairs and replacement of cast iron lace balustrade, frieze and brackets;
  • replacement of verandah roofing and lead flashings;
  • timber window repairs;
  • replacement of sandstone coping and paving;
  • decomposed granite paving;
  • minor services;
  • landscaping and  painting of all external elements.
